Danielson Mobile Mechanics LLC – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Danielson Mobile Mechanics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Danielson Mobile Mechanics LLC provides mobile automotive diagnostic and repair services at customer-requested locations within our service area.

We reserve the right to refuse any service at our sole discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate requests, or services beyond our scope of work (including major transmission repairs).

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled in time windows, not exact times

  • Same-day service may be available depending on scheduling

  • Customers may cancel and rebook appointments at any time

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

3. Pricing & Estimates

  • All listed prices are base estimates only

  • Final pricing may change based on vehicle condition, additional labor, or required parts

  • Customer approval will be obtained before any additional work is performed

4. Diagnostic Fee

  • A diagnostic fee applies to diagnostic services

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether repairs are completed

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service

  • Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service and/or legal collection action

6. Parts & Materials

  • We may supply parts or install customer-provided parts

  • No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts

  • We are not responsible for failure, defects, or incorrect parts provided by the customer

7. Labor & Repairs

  • While we take reasonable care, automotive repair involves inherent risks

  • In the event of damage caused directly by our work:

    • We will make reasonable efforts to repair the issue

    • If resolution is not possible, claims may be handled through our insurance provider

8. No Warranty

All services are provided as-is, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and legal working conditions

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible

  • Disclose known issues with the vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Delays caused by parts availability, weather, or external factors

11. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including safety concerns or inappropriate conduct.

12. Website & Booking Agreement

By booking through our website, you confirm that:

  • All provided information is accurate

  • You agree to these Terms and Conditions

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in Arizona courts.
